In recent years, CISDI Industrial Furnace has studied new technology of reheating furnace of steel enterprises, considered product orientation of 1780mm hot strip mill, experience of reheating furnace of 1422mm hot strip mill and normal practise of Meishan Steel in operation and maintenance, provided Meishan steel with advanced heating process and thermo-technical automatic control and proven and reliable equipment. The three reheating furnaces run well after start up, temperature homogeneity, energy consumption and discharging index reach advanced level in China and are praised by owners.
